What makes me a good Personal Trainer is my ability to create exercises that are varied, fun and effective. Each session is tailor made according to the ability of my client. My motivation to push and challenge each client to be better isn’t only about physical growth it’s also about mental growth. As a competitive sprint athlete I am able to provide functional training for real life with extra edge that no-one else can offer.

Clients should train with me because I will always put them in a winning position. I will make sure that in every session progress is made even if its small progress. We will have short, mid and long term targets to ensure success. As a client you will be empowered to feel confident in yourself and in my ability to deliver results.
